TCVS New Client / New Patient Deposit Policy
TCVS will be requiring a deposit fee, to be paid at time of scheduling, for all New Client and/or New Patient first appointments in an effort to reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations that impact our ability to care for current patients. This is a non-refundable deposit that will be applied to the patient’s first appointment. The deposit will be forfeited if the appointment is cancelled or reschedule less than 24 hours in advance, or is a no show, or if the client fails to bring/provide a rabies vaccine record and is unable to be seen. Future appointments for clients/patients in good standing do not require a deposit.
